As an efficient and flexible means of dispute resolution, commercial mediation plays an indispensable role in maintaining the stability of commercial relations and promoting economic development.

Through exchanges and sharing with experts, scholars and practitioners from different fields, the two delegates learned that China has made significant progress in commercial mediation, continuously improving the mediation system and mechanism, and raising the standard of mediation professionalisation. This has provided a better environment and opportunities for the development of commercial mediation, and has also brought more opportunities and room for cooperation in the development of cross-regional cooperation in commercial mediation.
