An article titled “Mastering Communication Skills - Minimise Misunderstanding and Maximise Business Opportunities“ written by the Vice Council Chairwoman Edna Chao has been published in the official monthly of the Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center. This marks Ms. Chao’s first publication since her appointment as a foreign-related disputes mediator at the Dongguan Dongyi Commercial Mediation Center.
