Macao Daily reports that the 12-hour course on "Utilising Mediation Skills to Address Workplace Conflicts” organised by the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators at the UGAMM Training Center, which took place last month. The report states that the course “[E]nhances participants' mediation and communication strategies, helping them integrate mediation skills into both their work and daily lives to address conflicts encountered regularly… All participants expressed satisfaction with the course, stating that the skills learned were highly practical”.
The Institute will continue to offer similar mediation courses for various sectors in Macau, contributing to the development of the mediation profession in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
