Appointment of the 3rd Batch of Mediators at Shenzhen Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center

Pursuant to the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Regulations on Diversified Resolution of Contradictions and Disputes" and the "Trial Rules for the Selection and Supervision of Mediators at Shenzhen Futian District Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center," the Mediator Supervision Committee of Shenzhen Futian District Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center (“Committee”) has reviewed and approved the 3rd batch of mediators' list, which includes a total of 82 mediation professionals.
Among the appointees, seven members of the Hong Kong and Macau Institutes of Professional Mediators have been selected. From the Institute of Mediators, Annie Chan, COO, was appointed, while the Macau Institute’s appointees include Frances Chan, Vice President; Celia Zhang, Secretary-General; council members Bowie Tam, Elton Chau, and Senna Fong; as well as supervisor Judy Wong. Notably, the Macau team accounts for the entire regional list of mediators from Macau in this appointment.
Since December 2022, the Committee has approved a total of 13 mediators from the Macau region, eight of whom are members of the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators. This further underscores the Institute’s recognition, standing, and reputation within the mediation industry in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
