The article “Identify the Common Ground - The Golden Key to Resolving Disputes “ written by Mr. Rex Choi, the Chief supervisor of the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators, was published in the official monthly of the Hetao International Commercial Mediation Centre.
In the article, Rex analyses a typical case to illustrate how to identify underlying common ground in a the dispute can lead to a successful settlement.
