The consolidated panel of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) Mediators was officially announced today. We are proud to share that six of our core members have successfully passed a rigorous accreditation process and received formal approval from the GBA Mediation Working Group. Our Macau team accounts for one-tenth of the appointees of the Macao SAR list . This marks a significant achievement and recognition of the expertise and professionalism of the mediators from the Institute of Mediators in the field of mediation within the region.
Most importantly, the appointment of our members signifies that the mediation courses held by the Institute of Mediators since 2015 have been endorsed by the GBA Mediation Working Group as eligible mediation courses under Article 6(1)(2) of the GBA Mediator Accreditation Rules (Macao SAR).
