The article titled “Magic of Mediation: Reframing Facilitates Amicable Communication and Success,” written by the Secretary-General, Celia Zhang, has been published in the 3rd Issue of “Commercial Mediation Monthly” by the Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center. Once again, this represents another achievement for the Institute’s professional mediators.
