The article “Explore the Applicability of the Singapore Convention on Mediation in Cross-Border Commercial Disputes,” jointly written by President Chan Shui Hung, Vice-President Dr. Alex Lau, and COO Annie Chan of the Institute of Mediators, has been published in the official Monthly of the Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center. This is the fourth consecutive publication on the official platform of the Center. It demonstrates the professional level of the Institute’s members and the successful outcomes of teamwork. It also highlights the Institute’s commitment to promoting the development and practice of mediation mechanisms in the GBA.
